30 Days to A Healthier, Better You!


If you have already dropped your New Year, Healthy Me Lifestyle then I'm here to kick start it right back up!!! For the first two weeks of the New Year we are all gung ho with getting healthy, eating right, and exercising consistently. However, just around this time of the month we start to lose that gung ho energy we once had. So I decided it would be a great idea to give you motivation to get back on track! 



For me I haven't started a healthy regimen. I have just been trying to cut back on excessive eating, but, not so much in actually eating better, exercising a little more, and sleeping better. I didn't want to start the first of the month only to burn out so quickly. I believe this is a good enough time to finally jumpstart a healthier lifestyle! So I hope you are ready to jump on board with me!

What You Can Expect!

So over the course of 4 weeks I'll be sharing with you all how to kick start your new lifestyle, how to manage it, and how to stay on it for good! I'll be giving you tips on how fit people stay fit, how to stay energized all day...especially for people who are dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder. In addition, I'll be helping you get better sleep, and letting you in on the secrets to how happy people stay happy! So, this isn't just a challenge to work on yourself physically....nooo this is helping you challenge your mind and body too! I have a Pinterest Board Called Healthy You, Better You  that you can follow!

  1. My big goal over the next 30 days it to establish a healthier eating regime and a daily workout habit. The eating will be the most difficult for me as I've done daily workouts in the past many times.

  12. What a great challenge! I don't make resolutions for the whole year, but I do set monthly goals! I'm on day 23 of my first Whole30, which has definitely helped me kickstart a healthy 2016.
